Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the images I create with these products to sell to my clients and/or on my own artwork that I sell?
Yes! As long as the digital file is flattened before selling.
Can I print any pdf’s that are purchased?
Yes! We encourage you to print them and refer to them often as a tool to improve your photography.
Can I watch the videos on my ipad?
The videos are in MP4 format, so you can watch them on your computer, your television, your phone and tablets.
Are the actions compatible with PC or MAC?
Both!
What software will I need to use the actions?
Adobe Photoshop
What versions of Photoshop will the actions work in?
CS4 and upwards. Recommend the latest version of Photoshop.
Note: The action sets have only been tested in English versions of Adobe Photoshop.
** They may not be compatible with Photoshop Elements (PSE) which is an App available from the Mac Store.
Can I change the textures and overlays and resell them to my customers?
No.

Do I have to log into paypal to use my credit card to purchase items?
We offer two methods of payment:
Paypal, where of course you have to identify yourself to Paypal; and it will take whatever method you have approved in Paypal;
and
Stripe which takes Visa or Mastercard credit and Debit cards.
Remember, all purchases are in Australian $, not US$ and will get converted to your country's currency according to your card provider's contract with you. That said, this makes products much better value for you!
How will my purchase arrive?
Most products and services are digital, so you download them by logging into your Member area on the site via your email address and password provided the first time you signup.
Free items, require an additional validation step by international anti-spam law, so when you first signup for a free item, you will receive an email which contains a link you must click on to confirm who you are. Purchased items do not require this step.
In either case you will then receive a Welcome email containing your username [the email address you provided], your password, and a clickable link which takes you to the logon screen. Enter in your details from the email, and you will see all your available free and purchased items. Each item is clickable and takes you to a specific page which will give you instructions about that product.

Can I return my purchases if I am unhappy (which we are sure you wont be)?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if our product does not give you the value you expected.

In almost every case this has been reported, one of two things have happened:
The email address you provided had a typo in it
OR
The email has gone into your spam/junk folder. For some reason yahoo email addresses are very likely to go into spam.
